The Gambling Commission regulates gambling, issues licences, and offers leadership and advice in the UK.
The Gambling Commission does not provide advice to individual consumers. However, there is a comprehensive complaint procedure on the site.

The exploitation of automatic gambling machines is subject to the granting of an exploitation license by the Gambling Commission.
Before the license can be granted, the Metrology Division should issue a pattern approval in compliance with the procedures of the Gambling Office.
