**AVOID**B LACKLISTED**LINK DISABLED**

CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com is focused on the Casino Affiliate business, making money off of the casino affiliates.

In our opinion this site "CAP", although well known, is nothing but a scam on the people that would try to become an affiliate in the online casino business.

CAP promotes known Rogue Casinos.
The owner of casinoaffiliateprograms.com (CAP) (calls himself the professor) tries his best to discredit or eliminate any valid criticisms or hard questions of casino affiliate programs that he is currently promoting.
SCAM SITE STAY AWAY!

Affiliate Programs, Inc. (the parent company of CAP)
Warren Jolly - CEO
Lou Fabiano - President
Arjan Jolly - Product Manager
Jeremy Enke - General Manager of Online Poker Division
Greg Powell - Marketing Director
Yvette Arlic - Marketing Coordinator

Affiliate Programs, Inc.
3540 West Sahara Ave #726
Las Vegas, NV 89102

We had to dig to find this information... Why would an honest company hide all this info? Answer: No Honest company would.

New Information added 2-12-2009 - Casinoaffiliateprograms.com has now been accused of double dealing the affiliates it is supposed to represent and the Casino programs that it promotes.

It has been Shown that the "CAP Certification" that is sold to online Casinos is nothing more than a paid advertisement for the Casino. This is far different than what the CAP certification was advertised to be.

It has also been shown that casinoaffiliateprograms.com has been double dealing affiliates signed up under them by telling affiliates they are an affiliate 'advocate' when they are a paid promotional company for the online casinos.

It has also been alleged that Lou Fabiano, owner of casinoaffiliateprograms.com is also the owner/operator of Cardspike.com an online casino and poker room that has allegations of non-payment of funds owed to affiliates.

Follow this... if you can...

(1)Lou Fabino Owns and runs a supposed affiliate advocate site casinoaffiliateprograms.com (CAP).

(2)Lou is alleged to run, in secret, an actual casino/poker room and it's affiliate program (cardspike.com).

(3)Lou and his company casinoaffiliateprograms.com (CAP) actually have the balls to take money from the other online casinos for a "Certification" from casinoaffiliateprograms.com that supposedly certifies the casino runs an honest and aboveboard operation...

Well I think we can all see what the value of the paid CAP Certification really is...

We are not alone in Blacklisting Casinoaffiliateprograms.com

Take a look at these really great Gambling sites for much more information about the casino industry Blacklisting of casinoaffiliateprograms.com.

Rogue/blacklisted casinos are a problem of many facets.

I see a lot of reasons why people sign up with rogue outfits (I'll leave the subject of just what is a rogue casino for a little later).

The biggest single reason I see is no regulation for online casinos in the US or Europe. I don't have the numbers, but I'll wager most all the complaints about rogue casinos here at CM come from Americans or European countries where online gaming is in legal limbo. Without regulation, the bad guys flourish and the players are just sheep for the shearing.

The second biggest reason I see for people hooking up with Rogue Casinos, is the definition of just what is or is not a 'Rogue Casino' among all the different gambling related websites. Bryan here at CM was the first to coin the term “Rogue Casino” for use about online casinos. Not to mention that Bryan has spent an entire decade trying to determine good online casinos from bad ones. So I believe his opinion about what is or is not a Rogue Casino is a very very good place to start. However having said that, there are times I disagree with Bryan on different casinos and what their status (Rogue or not Rogue) should be. Every gambling related site that has a Rogue list has a different opinion about what site is Rogue and what site is not Rogue. Without a standardized definition of what is a Rogue across most all of the popular gambling sites, there will be far too many times when players that use the search engines to find out about a casino get contrary information about a casino from different websites. One gambling site says it's a Rogue Casino and a different gambling site says it's the best damn casino online...

Everyone has their own opinion about who is or is not a Rogue and the fact is you will find no two Rogue casino lists on two different websites that are exactly the same. I know the list on my site is different than Bryan's and I know the lists on other sites are different from mine and from his.

So just what is a Rogue Online Casino, is a huge question that really needs to be answered by regulation. Regulated casinos, not rogue... Non regulated casino, rogue... very simple.

Third reason I see people signing up with Rogue casinos are the many affiliates promoting well known bad guys.

I think most reasonable people will agree that Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet are truly “Rogue” in just about every sense of the word. Yet there are well known, well funded (and supposedly well respected) affiliate recruiting, affiliate forums and affiliate program review sites out there that have out right stated that they still promote the bad guys at AP/UB simply because the bad guys support their business. The guy that made that statement about AP/UP supporting his business, is supposed to be one of the leaders in the casino affiliate industry... And I hate to say it but with so called “leaders” with personal morals like that, I find it amazing the entire industry is not in far far worse shape than it already is.

However, in my opinion, the main reason people sign up with “Rogue” online casinos, goes back to my first point... That incompetent and/or corrupt elected American and European political officials who refuse to regulate... Refuse to regulate... When people that are actually involved with online casinos, players, good casinos and even good casino affiliates not only want it, but are crying out for it...

This was "captured" before it was removed from the discussion boards at casinoaffilaiteprograms.com, it was listed as being written by Louis Fabiano aka "the Professor".

Affiliate Media Inc., a Nevada Corporation with Offices in Irvine CA., and it’s shareholders are the owner /operators of the following web properties and products:

1. CasinoAffilitiatePrograms.com , Pokeraffiliateprograms.com, AffiliatePrograms.com – These are online communities designed to service the affiliate sector of their respective marketing niches.

2.AffiliateRevenue.com – Retail advertising agency with a primary focus on consumer finance and B to B sales.

3.Joint Ventures
A. CAP Magazine with Lyceum Media (UK).
B. CAP Euro Events with iGaming Business (UK].
C. AffiliateSpeedPay.com (ASP) exclusive marketing agent and creative direction consulting.

Note: Affiliate Media Inc. has no ownership directly or indirectly of Affiliate Speedpay.com (ASP) or the EU Licensed bank which maintains the affiliate accounts. We have no direct or indirect access to banking/affiliate data or users. We did help author the product to serve as a stable affiliate payment solution after the Neteller fund seizures which affected many of us in the industry.

Clarifications:

1. Affiliate Media Inc. has no direct or indirect ownership whatsoever in CardSpike.com. CardSpike management did pay a full certification fee for exposure on CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com (CAP) and a full All In Partner fee for exposure on PokerAffiliatePrograms.com (PAP). That is the full and total extent of the relationship between the two parties.

Effective Media Group (EMG) is a Florida Corporation with offices in Orlando, FL. It was established by a separate set of share holders then AMI with the express intent of offering consulting services to online merchants, in ALL sectors. Our initial focus was to assist investors and operators of online gaming properties. We launched this business to satisfy the continuous requests from new and existing gaming operators for our consulting assistance and guidance with their affiliate marketing and general online marketing initiatives. In 2009, EMG will be branching out into other markets such as finance and travel to further satisfy clients without the necessary expertise to execute efficient online strategies. Both Lou and Warren maintain individual shares in EMG along with other shareholders.

Clarifications:

1. Affiliate Media Inc. has no shares or monetary influence in this new company whatsoever. It is wholly separate company with a different set of business goals and clients.

2. Effective Media Group, its officers, staff and investors have no direct or indirect ownership in CardSpike.com. EMG operated as performance based consultant ONLY for an offshore investor.

EMG was established as a consulting service, offering scalable solutions for all online marketing niches. Turnkey fully managed solutions are available or they can provide training and support for new/existing clients.

New information has come to my attention.

Lou Fabiano has been kicked out and the other scumbags (Warren Jolly and Raj Lahoti) are now running CAP.

The rumors have flown fast and furious... According to the rumor mill. Warren and Raj wanted a fall guy, so they teamed up and fed Lou to the the wolves.

According to Lou himself(posted on several public forums) all the companies money (several million US dollars) was seized by Warren and Raj and Lou's access to company resources and funds was cut off.

While all this drama is entertaining, please remember that ALL these people, Warren, Lou and Raj have decided to be dishonest and to hide their direct affiliation with an online casino while promoting this same online casino while telling the affiliates they had nothing to do with this particular online casino. All this in an effort to steal money from casino affiliates.

We still maintain a very strong AVOID on Casino Affiliate Programs a.k.a. CAP, casinoaffiliateprograms.com

Also just to let everyone know... Lou Fabiano's new website is www.casinofan.com (and we are Blacklisting it).

I have not posted about this CAP issue in guite a while. Not because there was nothing new to report. To be honest this whole thing with CAP and some of the other so called 'advocate' sites in the online casino business just makes me sick and I want to hurl.

As far as I know CAP is still in operation, with the same owners, minus one, the owners Warren Jolly and Raj Lahoti just put a 'new' face on their forums (a new head moderator) and have continued business as normal...

The previous address for casinoafaliateprograms.com is
Affiliate Programs, Inc.
3540 West Sahara Ave #726
Las Vegas, NV 89102

The new registered address for them is
Affiliate Programs, Inc.
32 DISCOVERY SUITE 270
IRVINE CA 92618

On a very odd note... the current address for CAP was updated when Lou Fabino was supposed to have left the company... funny thing is the address was updated on 02/13/2008 two months before BEFORE we were told that Lou Fabino had been 'cut out' of casinoaffiliateprograms.com... The company is still registered in Florida (where Fabino lives)even though the address has been updated from Florida to California... Methinks I smell a rat... A big fat rat.

I do feel sorry for the people that are new to the business of being casino affiliates and find Casinoaffiliateprograms.com... they are most likely going to get screwed over...
