The old Ouistreham casino was opened to the public on May 12, 1992, later becoming known as the "Queen Normandy", ocean liner setting for countless parties.
The casino became part of the Groupe Barrière establishment on November 1, 2000, when the "Queen" was re-baptised "Casino de Ouistreham".
