1. Seizing of players money.
2. Closing player accounts... for winning.
3. Misleading players in to thinking PKR.com was licensed by the United Kingdom Gaming Commission, when in fact they are not.

Several verified reports of players accounts being closed and ALL the players money being seized for nothing more than attempting to collect the offered sign up bonus. The Players who's accounts have been seized by PKR.com did nothing other than follow the bonus rules set down by PKR.com. Attempting to mislead players into thinking that PKR.com was licensed by the UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Commission) by placing a link on the bottom of their main page that read "Licensed by the UKGC". The fact of the matter is that the UKGC has not licensed PKR.com to operate as gambling operation of any kind by the UKGC. What PKR.com does have is a license from the UKGC to develop software. This is far far different than what PKR.com is insinuating by using the wording "Licensed by the UKGC". We believe that PKR.com is deliberately attempting to mislead players into a false sense of security. To be fair PKR.com is licensed to operate by the AGCC (Alderney Gambling Control Commission). However, in the past the Alderney Gambling Control Commission has shown its self to be nothing more than an agent/partner for the casinos and not a player advocate. So we (as do most knowledgeable player advocates) disregard the license by the AGCC. Note: PKR.com has updated the statement at the bottom of thir main page to read, "Licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission." We still believe this updated statement by PKR.com is even more misleading than the first statement. It leads players to believe that the UKGC has licensed PKR.com to operate a poker room. When in fact that is not true. In our opinion any poker room or casino that lies, misleads or cheats belongs here in our Casino Hall of Shame Blacklist.
