Description: theppa.org - Poker Players Alliance

The Poker Players Alliance is a nonprofit membership organization comprised of poker players and poker enthusiasts from around the United States who have joined together to speak with one voice to promote the game, ensure its integrity, and, most importantly, to protect poker players' rights.

The PPA is a membership organization that promotes the Regulation of Poker inside the Country that invented the game... The United States of America.

By supporting the Poker Players Alliance you are contributing to the fight to defend and promote the game of poker in the United States.

The PPA is active in all 50 states and in Washington DC. This year alone we have scored and number of legal and legislative victories.

The American Government under G.W. Bush has decided to try to make playing poker illegal inside America.

This can not stand.

Playing Poker is as American as Apple Pie, Americans invented Poker. The Supreme Court Justices held a monthly Poker game for years (until Bush became President).
Wild Bill Hickok was shot dead while playing poker in Deadwood South Dakota... You can't get more American than that.

Join the Poker Players Alliance. Don't let ANYONE take away this great American pastime.
